Used my Paypal Business Debit card via Samsung Pay (as I forgotten my wallet at home). Transaction went through. From then on, my Paypal account started going negative, like it couldn't fund the transactions via ACH via my credit union as it has been doing for +6 years now. When I logged on to the Paypal website to see if there were any messages or warning, I have a negative balance, and the phone number to call was to their "collections" department. WTH?! I added a debit card and bank information for a separate institution but still cannot transfer money to fix my situation. Called the collections phone number and they pulled the money out of my account this morning but, 8 hours later, my account still shows the same negative balance, and attempting to add money yields a "We’re sorry, things don’t appear to be working right now. Try again later." message. Anyone else having weird things happen recently?
