Hello. I have a buyer who opened a item not as described dispute then within minutes excalated to a claim. Anyway, I assumed he wanted to return for refund. Later that same day he emails (private email) that he wants to keep the item and said he will close the claim. I remind him a 2 days later that he still needs to close the case to keep the item. 5 days later and he hasn't responded or closed the claim. I'm going to give him a couple of more days and then I will have to click the return for refund option on the claim. Question is Will he actually be required to retrun the $200.00 item or am I **bleep**? Thanks
