Hello, Our account has been limited due to someone making fraudlent transactions. The account is a business account and the employee who set it up no longer works at the business. Becuase of this PayPal will offer no way to resolve the problem whatsoever. They will not talk to anyone who is not the named contact and to add new contacts to the account you need to have a bill with name of the person matching the address given. How can that even be possible? As an employee I have no bills matching the address of the company, as funily enough I do not live there! Does anyone have any reccomendations on how to solve this? To me this just seems completely shambolic on the behalf of PayPal and they do not offer any way to help solve the problem. They are completely unhelpful on the phone and all the will say is that they will only speak to the named contact. Any help would be much appreciated!
