I would like to add, I have been having exactly this issue. My account is ancient, I am trying to add an Ally checking account. I get the same verification loop. A few additional details: Every time I try to add an account, I get the "we don't recognize this device" thing. If I choose "text message," none of the numbers listed are my active number (from my Profile.) i have to manually add my cell number. eventually, i do receive a text with a code. After I enter the texted verification code, something happens, it reports "Account verified," and then kicks me out to a login screen. When I log back in, I get the "cannot complete your last action" message. I have tried this on 3 different browsers, 3 operating systems (Linux, Win 7.1, Win 10), and from 2 separate locations.
