Thank you for your help! I would prefer to not do full chargebacks and disputes if possible. There are a lot of orders, and there will be a lot of order editing and partial refunds if the lock stays in place. If anyone else has a different solution I will check it as well, while I try the other options suggested.

My account was locked today, I appealed the lock but it seems permanent according to the language. (Not sure why, submitted an appeal to find out more that is still pending review). I have transactions made before the account was locked that I need to issue a partial refund for, but that option is no longer available. Is there anyway to refund a customer now that the account is locked?

If I need to issue a second refund to an order the page refreshes and I am unable to send it. It just keeps refreshing. I am also required to change my password 5 times a day now. These changes happened in the last week or so. Can anyone direct me on how to get this fixed?
