As I got already used with praypal, the only thing what matters for them, take the fees! Fair enough as it is a business! All refunds are on hold for 7-10 days, and no answer to any question I asked through secure messages. Just the bloody "how we did?" email after few days. Now I have another problem, which I asked support by email one week ago with the auto reply of "will get to you in 24 hours" but no reply until today, I'm not suprised :(. When I try to lift the limits of the account, I got the next message: If you were in the process of buying something, or sending money to family or friends, we recommend you check both your PayPal account and your email inbox for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes.

Don't tell me to call 0870 numbers cuz I will not do it! Better close down the account and make another one! One thing is flawlessly working, taking the fees. 0 customer service and a lot of problems with the web interface. The old "classic" page worked much better and had a more friendly design.
