We've processed millions of dollars through PayPal over the past ten years utilizing their Website Payments Pro API and are experiencing the same issue - for about a week now. Spoke with John in CS yesterday and he was able to provide a link for workaround yesterday, 8-10-2015 and also stated their engineers were reviewing the issue. Logged in today and the issue still exists. I attempted to utilize the link John provided yesterday, however it does not work. Called PayPal CS today and spoke with Kyle to determine if he could provide another link and he stated there are no workarounds available today. He told me this is the top issue for the engineers and since they are constantly uploading attempted fixes that is has "broken" the workaround links. When I asked Kyle how long this may last he stated the engineers have not provided any tiemline, nor infomration concerning the issue. I've read some posts where users are stating they encountered this issue two weeks ago. Not sure why a critical issue such as this has not been corrected by now as after only one week it is now beginnig to affect my business in posting numbers, as well as issuing refunds. My local bank we utilize has approached me about switching to them and I just scheduled a meeting with them for tomorrow. They tell me they can beat the percentages offered from PayPal so it may be time to switch - even though it may take my IT team a month or so to complete. Ashame, as the Website Payments Pro API has worked very well for us over these 10 years.
