After a very lengthy dispute about some fake sunglasses I received, I finally got Paypal to offer a refund if I returned the item back to the seller. The funny part is that while the Paypal account wanted me to send the item to somewhere in Minnesota, the package itself came from China. Anyways, I sent the item, paid for the postage and waited several days but come to find out the address doesn't exist and the item is now on its way back to me. Big surprise. Am I still going to be able to get my money back? What do I do? This is ridiculous.

Hello, So the issue is that I purchased a pair of sunglasses off of eBay from a seller who claimed that they were authentic, "Made in Italy" sunglasses. Now, this seller had lots of positive buyers feedback, but no feedback as a seller, judging by the images which appeared to be taken from inside a home, I simply assumed that this was a first time seller. (I sell things with 0 feedback on eBay quite frequently. Nobody ever seems to leave positive feedback for me.) So because I was saving twenty or so dollars more than buying from someone else, I decided to go for it. Unfortunately, a few hours after paying for the sunglasses, the eBay user in question had their account deleted due to "Account Compromised." This immediately raised flags for me and I immediately filed a Paypal dispute. It has been several days and the seller has not responded to the dispute, so I thought I would be able to easily recover from my loss and get my money back. On the seventh or so day, I escalated the claim so that I could get my money back and because the seller had not responded. However, a day later, Paypal informs me that they have shipped a package... FROM CHINA. Now when I ordered the item, the listing said that it would be coming from the East Coast, not from China. I am 9000% positive that whatever I receive is going to be a fake. I never agreed to make a purchase from China and really want my money back. Now I've been doing some research and I've found that it's very difficult to get your money back once you receive something from a seller. I hear that I have to take lots of pictures and somehow prove that this item is fake, which is going to be hard since China is known for making amazing counterfeit items. When I get my item, what should I do? I really wish they didn't send me the item so I could have my money back, but this is quite ridiculous. Am I seriously going to have to wait over a month before this item arrives and then I'm going to have to ship it back before I get any sort of refund? Please, some advice would be great!
