A few days ago while checking my email I noticed two emails from PayPal letting me know I had successfully purchased two shipping lables. Only it wasn't me. Someone apparently not even in my state used my PayPal account to purchase two shipping labels, one to Florida and one to Texas so it was probably ebay stuff. Thankfully it wasn't a lot of money, however I'm having trouble trying to get a refund. I talked to the postal service and they told me to talk to PayPal. I used the PayPal support thing (that claimed I'd get a response within 24 hours) twice, gave them all the details of the situation from the ID down to who the shipping labels were made out to, and now, days later, still haven't received any email whatsoever aside from a customer satisfaction survey (and yeah, I told them exactly how "satisfied" I was with being completely ignored). I spoke to my bank and they again directed me to PayPal. Is there a way to talk to a live customer support person here? Someone who won't ignore me?
