Same problem, just started on Friday for me and it's all for items from vendors who I have used it with many, many times, for the exact same type or in some cases the exact same items. Two of them I paid with PAD within the week of it not working. I've confirmed with 3 of them that they have changed nothing but whee calling Paypal gets a whole lot of bs nonsense and a firm denial that there's anything wrong with it, or that anyone else has called or contacted them about it except stupid people who don't understand how it works apparently. I'm usually super patient but I actually hung up on the last one I spoke with. Why is it so difficult for them to say we do have some issues with it. we don't know how to fix them yet, sorry? I called them and now I feel murderous - and I'm generally a very patient person. I just wish when something is not working they would a.believe their customers who probably know more about the service than they do and b.just admit they don't know what's going on. I was pretty much told I don't understand how it works (doesn't my husband wish that was true), that not all vendors take it (apparently now including those who do take it) and it's working just fine even if it's not working or being offered suddenly for seven vendors that took it earlier this week and have taken it for the past year (three of whom I have contacted and gotten confirmation that they have changed nothing on their end.) What a waste of time that was, lol.
