So I am trying to receive a 2500 payment from an account. Because this is the first time the customer is doing such a large payment, the payment was flagged. I contacted support and was told that this is automatic and they do not know when this will be lifted. I was told that the customer should try again in the future. He made a smaller payment of 500 after time and it was allowed. A short while later he tried a second 500 transfer and it was flagged. I contacted support and was told that their is not much they can do. So here I am stuck with received a partial payment and their experts do not seem to have an answer. Any anyone suggest a way to solve this? I sent a paypal invoice to my customer to pay on it, that did no work either. I am seriously **bleep** at the nebulous answer of "trying again sometime later". My customer is frustrated and I am in limbo. I should mention that this is a non US paypal account
