I'm a little confused about what you are trying to accomplish. Are you buying? Or selling? If you are selling, it's really very simple, especially with eBay. When you have a buyer, send them a PayPal invoice from your eBay account. Once the buyer makes payment to PayPal, PayPal notifies you of receipt, and you should send out your parcel. PayPal will hold the funds to make sure you live up to your end of the deal. Make sure that however you send it that it can be tracked and they get a signature. As long as you do what you're supposed to, both eBay and PayPal provide protections against buyer's remorse. Postal insurance protects you from the rest. It is far better to do it this way than to try to go around it to save 50¢. The peace of mind it gives you is well worth it and if your buyer pulls back a credit card charge or something equally pleasant, PayPal (and eBay) will back you up. I've never lost a nickle.
