I wanted to sell an item through e bay, one of the customers sent the payment to my paypal account but i instantly cancelled the payment, but the customer claiming that he have not got the refund!! How can I know he received or not?! Or he might receive it later on! Because he asks for immediate refund and I am afraid if i send him the money and the cancellation that i made become active later on ending me up by losing money !!
