So my account was limited, I wanted to change to my mothers and we contacted them via phone call saying what they could agree on. They agreed on RESETTING it to my mother names. It's limited, I have things to pay for, otherwise my server will go down and it'll be PayPal's fault. They won't reply to EMAILS (like usual and everyone says), and they won't reply on Facebook. Can you PLEASE do something. This is one stressy thing to have on my mind. I put a lot into my server, and it'll be a shame to see such a popular one just go to dust because of poor service from PayPal. My money is just on HALT and I can't do anything with it due to the support from your service. Thanks.
