My dispute was escalated to a claim on 18JUN and seems to be lost in the ethos. On 20JUN seller said in private communication that she was waiting for response from PayPal, yet the claim page still says as of today they are waiting for a response from seller. Her response was due by 28JUN, and it is now 3JUL.
Where do I go from here? I have plenty of communications from seller that the product was never sent.
