I sold a ring to a buyer. After receiving it she said she thought it would be bigger and was not happy. So I told her I would gladly refund her money and to please return the item and send me the tracking number. I paid shipping to send it priority mail with tracking. I promptly refunded her money, Now Buyer will not return the Ring. Is there anything I can do? How should this work in the future? What did I do wrong? Feel like I was scammed, how can I prevent this in the future? Will Paypal help me in anyway?
