I have setup everything in the old PAYPAL interface, I have no clue where to set the tax with the new interface. It is prettier and more complicated.

My product is priced at CAD$600, I have calculated with 2.9% and CAD$0.30, the total is CAD$617.70. I charged my client via PAYPAL CAD$618, as I thought that would be sufficient to cover PAYPAL fee. PAYPAL took CAD$18.22 and leave me with CAD$599.78 There is NO details as to how PAYPAL charges, need help...

I saw postings pertaining this matter but was discontinued, I guessed PAYPAL have no answer eh? So, when I select "CANADA" as my address, PAYPAL automatically convert everything to CAD, regardless if we have have a USD card or not yes? While other US merchants who uses Authorized.net would have allowed this though. So, do we have any solution yet, PAYPAL? Is this some sort of money laundrying prevention? or the system is not smart enough?
