Hi all! Last week I opened up a dispute against someone I had purchased from on 2/16/15. I purchased a pair of handmade Minnie Mouse ears from her storenvy store, spent $30. I gave her quite a while to ship them since they are handmade, but after trying to contact her via email and instagram, received no reply, and had to file the dispute. This was on the 10th of March. When she replied (on the 12th) she said she had sent them out about 2 days previously and sent me tracking info. I closed the dispute around midnight Friday the 13th (i regret that now) because tracking claimed my package was at a nearby post office ready for pick up (thought that was odd). Around noon that day it was updated to "Delivered" in the wrong zip code. I visited both my nearby post offices and the package is nowhere to be found. My street extends into the zip code it claims it was delivered in so I'm assuming it ended up in the hands of someone else. I'm assuming this was a mistake on her end because my Paypal info is always correct. I've tried contacting her again but she never replies. Is it possible to open a second dispute for the same item or should I contact Paypal directly to get a refund? So sorry for the long story!! I run my own online business and I know it can be complicated, but she's really let this get out of hand.
