I've had a "limitation" on my account since 2011 and received an exasperating series of notices about "we need more information" and "other accounts with similar information" ... rather nebulous I'd say ... and never a request for anything specific. When I write, hoping against hope for an actual person to talk with, instead I get e-mail "form letters" referencing useless FAQs that miss the point altogether. The new development is that I got a notice from the CA state controller that I have some $200 unclaimed at Paypal ... and I'll forfeit it to the state if I don't contact Paypal to claim it. The CA notice listed an e-mail contact for Paypal in Nebraska - an e-mail there has remained unanswered for several weeks now. I'll try snail-mail (with a CC to the department of consumer affairs) and/or a phone call next. As soon as I get my money, I'm dumping these fools forever. The only "customer service" they have at Paypal is "lip service" to customer service ... all talk, no walk! Yes, I'm **bleep**!!
