I have a customer trying to pay an invoice that I sent him with his debit card, and it says that Paypal can't send the payment right now. I know there may be a few different reasons why, but would it have anything to do with the fact that my paypal account is negative right now? Only by $20, but maybe? It is a business account, and this is the first invoice I've sent as well. And he's using his iPhone to access the invoice through his gmail.
