I recently received a message asking me to update my Business Information even though I downgraded to a Personal account. My account currently gives me two warning messages : "Update your business information" and "Verify your personal information". When I click either of these messages, I am taken to a compliance page showing that I am, in fact, Verified and there's no other button or link I can click. I called Customer Support multiple times but they don't see my problem it seems - they tell me everything is OK but I needed to send proof that I'm Canadian. They sent me a link, I sent the requiered documents, but I have no way to see if my request is being processed. It's been more than 7 business days now and my account is still broken - Meaning the warning messages are still there and the account is "limited". Is it supposed to take that long ? And shouldn't I have an open case or reference number of some sort ?
