I don't use my savings account. But PayPal took $37.00 from it and caused it to go negative and got me a $5 fee. I cancelled that purchase and used the payment method I prefer. All I want to do is get my savings account back to normal. I don't think I should have to pay because I cancelled that order and PayPal changed my preferred payment method on its own without asking me. I've always used my debit card to make purchases. I've tired calling but I always end up getting told to call my bank and my bank tells me to call PayPal. It's back and forth. Also every PayPal representative I've talked to has a thick accent and I can't understand a word they are saying.
