An update - buyer beware regarding the 'PayPal Buyer Protection' claim it doesn't exist. Have spoken with PayPal who claim they cannot take responsibility for an incorrect item supplied or the website claim by the seller that free shipping would apply for any returns. Even though both products were supplied from the UK, the seller is within their rights to request the incorrect items are returned - tracked shipping - to wherever they choose. Anywhere to ensure that the costs of tracked shipping exceeds the cost of the original goods supplied!!!!! The free shipping claim, well, according to PayPal I need to take up with the seller. PayPal suggested I speak to my bank to apply a chargeback which they are going to do. PayPal will then apply the chargeback to the seller. Why PayPsal cannot do this themselves is beyond me. Also, PayPal suggested I report the company to the relevent authorities for possible fraudulent trading but as it's headquarters are listed in China it's unlikely to go any further. I've dealt with PayPal for many years without any problems but obvioudly they are $$ driven and do not wish to be seen to be acting against the seller. So once this is sorted I will close my account with them. If anyone would like to know who the seller is then please PM me. They deal in laptop chargers.
