Had anyone else had awful experience with Paypal ? I called to confirm my transaction will be in my account today ( transfer from bank to Paypal by mistake) it’s been a week and my account was updated and stated my money will be in my balance 9th Feb. So I called to just confirm. As it still wasn’t. To be told there is no funds and a error with my bank. I spent nearly an hr on the phone with my bank to be told no error funds has 100% been taken by Paypal and 100% has cleared its there issue. Upon calling back I had issue after issue with poor service. I then demanded a manager and a supervisor came who too was poor with customer service and admitted to me the advisor earlier should of never told me to contact my bank. ( so admitted I wasted 2hrs in total with Paypal and my back in calls) I then told her I want to make a complaint she told me to do it online. I said no I want to speak to someone. She refused. So I demanded a manager she refused I told me she is the last point I can give my complaint to her. But my complaint involved her due to how I was spoken to like I’m retarded. She continued to refuse any managers spoke down to me. And I got nowhere. I got sooo distressed from the issue when I only called to confirm and left with panic my money was lost.
