A buyer purchased gift codes from our website (two from one PayPal account, one from another), and I emailed the codes to her emails given to my by PayPal. She has successfully done business with us before. She paid on 1-25, we emailed the codes to her the same day. She opened a case yesterday at noon on the one transaction where she bought one card. In her claim, she said she never received either email. I immediately replied and said that I sent you all the codes to your emails on the day you paid, and that I will forward you the emails so you can verify this. I also pasted in the emails to the case, which shows her, and PayPal that I sent them on those dates, plus the emails included the codes so now she has everything she wants. She hasn't responded back in anyway, either throught the case or directly on email. I don't understand what her problem is, she has what she paid for. Again, these are virtual codes sent by email, not a physical item to be shipped. How can I get PayPal to close this case since obviously she isn't?
