Oh, thank you for prompt reply! Yep, it looks like fraud. Then I'll wait until PayPal step in. Seller has time to react till 3 February, but didn't show up in PayPal conversation, bumping me at Ebay private messages instead. I'm not experienced buyer, though I did read a lot about PayPal disputes, but this seller behavior breaks my sureness ) To summarize what looks alarming in this case: 1) Seller writes on Ebay instead of disputing at PayPal 2) Seller asks to put him good feedback prior to refund 3) Seller asks to close PayPal case, and open it on Ebay 4) Seller tells that he can't refund until case on PayPal is open 5) Seller tells that "dealing with PayPal is outside Ebay policy" Can I file a special complaint on this seller, or bad feedback will be enough?
