11 days ago i called payapl because of an email i had got the night before. It told me that my account password had been changed and to call if i wasnt the one who changed it. After finally changing my password back i saw that someone had got into my account and spent $200. it wasnt moved to another account, it was spent on a website. the lady said that an investigation would be opened and they will let me know if i will be refunded or not and that the would contact me in no later than 10 days. it has been 11 days and i havnt heard anything. should i call them back? does anyone have a clue as to what might be happening? this has never happened to me and im worried because this is a lot of money. anything will help! thanks!
