Well herein lays the problem, I have read through the buyer protection details,and I am STILL not any wiser. The way I understand things is, I pay using PP and if the item does not arrive, I am simply refunded if I need to make any claim. However the fact that the company has a tick box for shipping insurance, and when you uncheck this box, a message appears staying that should the item get lost, you cannot claim a refund, which goes against the PP buyer protection policy? I feel the company is simply tying to scare you into paying extra shipping insurance? As you CAN claim for NR if you pay using PayPal, but as I said, I just wanted some confirmation on this.
