Hi there, Thanks for reading my post, I hope I will get some advice on how to be properly refunded/gain cause. I paid extra money for a "collector" condition item I always dreamed to acquire. 650 USD + 140 USD (shipping) + 200 USD (import fees) Here is my little story : I am from Belgium and I bought last month on the US eBay store a like new near mint condition vintage (1987) synthesizer. (both from the pictures and the description) The item looks like new apart from a small tiny blow (that can be seen with the light reflection) which is between the 7th darker key and under the bottom side LCD part and some spots near the cartridge input. (minimalist natural use) I received the package on Tuesday 6 January 2015 at my work place. When I opened the package at home, I discovered that the item was not the actual synthesizer I had bought from the seller sale... He packed it has he described it to me the first day asked him a question regarding the packaging : It was well packed. When I partially opened the package (removing the front bubble wraps and after pulling down a bit the protection film that is under) I noticed the differences : front was full of traces with some scratches, a missing job panel (resume user guide functions) and that tiny blow was not present. It is clearly not the item I bought full price for a brand new "collector" vintage synthesizer of that type on his sale! I suspected that he could made a mistake by sending me the wrong one (he told me had another one which was not as this one like new condition, kept all messages for proven) but he does not answer to me even in the dispute I opened on PayPal ? Also to mention, not included but were presented in the pictures and in the description : some sound floppies 3.5'' format, a factory cartridge memory card and a sustain pedal. He offered me a soft case that wasn't part of the sale. I does not understand, the seller seemed a very nice person and friendly. More than 85% of my purchase were made in the US eBay store and this never happened to me. He has 100% feedback but he only sold not more than if not lower than 10 items. Most feedbacks are from his own purchases. I sent all our conversations made through eBay in the dispute and some message addressed to him directly to get an explanation but he does not reply. I does not know if I am allowed to post the original sale link here and post the pictures I took from the item he sent me for proven ? Can I use this post as another proven source to my dispute ? Does anyone had a similar situation as mine ? What happened ? What can I do ? What else can I do ? I am so disappointed… Thanks in advance by taking your time reading me and answering me. Best Regards Fabrizio
