Hello. I'm an underage (17 years of age) Bosnian student and I have recently got myself a Debit Card in nearby bank (my mother helped me get it due to being underage of 18). After I got the card and pin and everything sorted out, I have tried to verify my debit card on the official PayPal webpage, but on the date of sending the verification code request (which charges $1.95) on 24th of December - I thought the code would be sent in my email or transaction list ONLINE, and it wasn't coming so I sent another one. A few days later, I got the CODE, but it said it was OLD. I was confused so I tried multiple times, and I'm not sure if I accidentally missed a number, but then I saw this message: "We have disabled the use of this card on PayPal. You can add a different card. If you'd still like to use this card with PayPal,send us some documents.". Now I can tell you fellas that I do OWN this Debit Card and thing is, it says in the error message that this will take upto 7-10 business days, and I got to go through my documents to send them and before that to go to an OFFICIAL government translation firm/agency and then send it. I don't even think we have those, and I'm not quite the type of guy who would share such documents. It says PHOTO ID, I'm guessing its my normal I.D. but since I'm underage I cannot get one of those. I'm really confused and don't know what to do.. I cannot call the customer service located in USA or other locations outside my country due to fees and expenses. I do promise the debit card is cerntainly mine and only mine, and to proof it I don't know what to do except send you the card photo itself and my bank papers (and proof of name I guess?)... But please contact me I do not wish to send the files through the PayPal system itself, I wish to talk to somebody who is working with PayPal, but ONLINE... Please help me, I really need this card for many reasons! ... Just because of a little, stupid mistake I made. P.S. I have seen on this help community that some members got help online or over facebook PayPal page, but I didn't receive any help so far even tho I sent a few messages on facebook.
