I triedto scedule a payment to Smart Connect this evening but kept getting this error message: The bank information you have added is invalid or missing. Please try again. The bank name you have entered is invalid or missing. Please try again. I ntered the correct information several times but kept getting this message. I then tried calling PayPal to get the problem fixed. I told the fist agent of my problem. She put me on hold for a minute or two and said she was going to fix it. She came back to the phone and said she was transferring me to to the Smart Connect department. After waiting on hold for awhile the line went dead. I then looked up and called the Smart Connect number directly. After a long hold, an agent, not from the US, answered. I explained my problem again. He said he would correct the problem. He said that all of the info I entered was correct but that I needed to talk to someone else again. He put me back in cue to speak to a regular PayPal agent again. Exactly the same department I spoke to originally. I waited on hold again for about 10 plus minutes. The line went dead again. There is not a problem with the phone I am using. I can call again on the due date and make a payment over the phone. I do not want to do this as I don't believe the agents are bright enough to handle something so simple. I want to pay ny bill online as I have done in the past. Has anyone else had problems like this? What can I do? I can no longer be nice to the idiots on the phone but want to pay my bill. Since it is getting close to being paid off, I will probably close the account when paid off due to the problems I have with Smat Connect
