I had recently tried to open a student account and debit account for my family member. However, whenever I entered my information it wouldn't go through and it stated they had a problem confirming. I eventually called PayPal. After a few minutes of talking the call ended. Now I come to find that both accounts are limited. PayPal needs my SS number, ID, and etc. I don't feel comfortable providing this information. So I would like to close both accounts and have nothing to do with PayPal, but now the guy on the phone put a limit on my account. I can't close it! What should I do?
