I just finished my e-commerce website (I didn't use any CMS), and I have encountered a problem with PayPal Express Checkout, a payment is made but the customer is sent back to my site and receives the payment failed error and in the customer's account not was charged anything, why? In my PayPal settings I enabled receiving Express Checkout payouts and Instant Payment Notification (IPN). I have a PayPal Business account.
