We have a customer whose Visa card was declined. It is a UK card, so problem about abroad, the card statement is sent to the delivery address. We have checked all the input card details over many times. She also has plenty of funds available on the card, and it appears that the bank / cc company itself has NOT declined the transaction. She gets the message ....''The card you have entered cannot be used for this transaction please .......etc etc She is puzzled and concerned - she used the card earlier in the day and it was fine. The message from PAyPal is completely unhelpful, and as such we can't interpret it and tell the customer what the issue is. Seeing that she used the card earlier - it seems to reflect badly on our company! Anyone know what this message means or throw a little more light on how we can help her get the deal done Thank You I have e-mailed PayPal through the HELP section, but the topics / sub-topics are not really helpful - and just got back corporate spiel on both occasions. Tried phoning about 'declined transaction' and was on hold for 20 mins - no-one answered
