Hey! I'm experiencing extremly annoying error, which doesn't let me add a fully working bank account to my wallet. "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later." The problem is eternal, trying again later doesn't change anything. I need an ASAP access to my funds and all I got from PayPal was some automated reply sending me back to FAQ? (???!??) PLEASE HELP JUST TO MAKE IT CLEAR: My bank account has never been usued in PayPal before so everyone advising saying that one account can only be used in 2paypal account or sth like that should give it up Also switching a web browser didn't help. ALSO! Why would PayPal even have a MAKE US CALL YOU function if it never works? SHAME
