Hey, So I was just taking a look at my bank statement and it looks as if Microsoft have taken money out of my account? An unauthorised payment at that. Microsoft have never taken money out of my account and I have no exisiting subscriptions of any sort with them? I don't understand why they've taken out a payment? I don't know how to handle this because I don't want them taking money out of my account in the future?? When it's not even been authorised? It happened 3 days ago, and if I wouldn't of checked my statement it would remain unknown until the next time they would choose to do it. Can someone help me? Is there any chance of getting a refund when you are not even involved with a company like Microsoft?? Thank you
