Hello, Despite following the on screen instructions on how to escalate a case in the resolution centre, no option becomes available. I have clicked on "view" etc. I have been successful previously in escalating cases, so this is very very frustrating. I would really appreciate it if someone could please help. Delete paypal app from phone. Reinstall and log in. Do NOT sign out when you're finished, just press home button. Next time you tap PayPal app it will briefly open the activities page, then ask for your password in the usual way. Try this. It's working for me!

Hello, I have found this works for me. When you finish using the PayPal app on iPhone or iPad, do NOT sign out. Just press the home button on your device. Next time you go to log in, the page you last had opene will appear for a few seconds then disappear. Then you will be promted in the usual way to enter your password. At the moment this works for me, best of luck.
