I called Paypal after browsing the website for answers. nothing there could answer my question. I was able to get an operator ( kids voices in the back ground.) she directed and transferred me to another department. Which did 3 rings and a recording apologized that my call could not be handled and took time to give me a number to call. 866 571 3012. Which also apologized that they could not handle my call with a recording. So I sent an email and they will get back to me....I hope. I would like answers as to why my bank did not get an E-bill so that the monthly could get paid. this worked for years on this account then I paid it in full. They sent me a new card I took a few weeks to activate it and a week later I get a late fee chargeed to my account and no way to get a hold of anyone in the credit card department to assist me. I need this charge removed and I will manually make my payment at that time. If things are going to be this hard to get customer support it may be time to close out this account.
