May I inquire how long of a time frame has lapsed thus far since the day you made your claim? P.S. To clarify, I'm not asking for anything back concerning the winning price of the item. The same day the erroneous balance was paid I am on record via email and phone requesting that paypal tell the seller to NOT ship the item (it hadn't even shipped yet) due to the fact that we had been billed for an erroneously jacked up amount (they added $79+ dollars when they weren't supposed to ... so the amount we paid was over $130.00!!!). No shipping was mentioned and I **bleep** well would not have purchased something that was going to cost $79.00 in shipping knowingly). Fact is we trusted the ebay/paypal monopoly but are considering other avenues with amazon which seem to tend to customer care much more fluidly (I mean what can possibly take weeks to decide in my favor, thereby giving time for the seller to ship and me to receive the item? All one need do is read the original ad and see clearly that no shipping is mentioned in the ad nowhere. Then to change the outcome of INmy favor to out of my favor in the span of a couple of days is ludicrous. Why did it take so long to find in my favor and only two days to reassess is not normal behavior, it's more akin to criminal profiteering.
