I sold some baby clothes to a lady last week, it was only posted on Friday 2nd class Large Letter so no tracking, just a reciept to prove i posted it. Today she opened a dispute on Ebay, wanting a refund because her item hadnt turned up. Well i was a bit suspicious since she barely gave it 4 days since i dispatched the item so i checked all her feedbacks and it seems she has a lot of items go 'missing', and shes always leaving negative feedback to others. So i very politely reminded her that i tell all my buyers the same thing when they say their stuff hasnt come, that royal mail & ebay keep track of recurring claims and missing post and they take fraud very seriously. Straight away she closed the ebay claim and has now opened one on paypal. Very clever isnt she! she hasnt even denied it either. Ive reported her to ebay but what am i supposed to do about the claim on paypal? It wasnt a lot of money but il be very pi**ed off if i have to refund this awful person.
