I am in trouble I think? I just really need help Because I have never delt with a dispute or claim before and it's kinda scary. I'm still very new to this whole eBay thing even though I have been selling here and there for a year. Ok so a buyer purchased something from me and ever since the beggining they haven't been patient. I have been polite and I do my best to reply to their questions as soon as possible. I'm assuming their item has been lost in the mail because it's been a month since i shipped it and they say they haven't recieved it. in the most recient times I have talked to them they told me maybe it's lost, and I try to be understanding so I tell them "Please wait until this upcoming tuesday, and you we will discuss a refund". Well three days later, (it is'nt even tuesday yet) I find they filled a dispute but they werent willing to communicate over it instead they act rude. I believe they got a chargeback too but I can't tell? how do you tell? I try to explain to them why they need to talk to me over but they just continue to be rude and the next day they file a claim. I just don't know how to handle this? I just want to give them their money and never deal with them again because they are a nightmare customer. But do I send them their refund? Even tho they may have gotten a charge back? wouldnt that be double paying them? 😞 please help me, I'm sorry my grammar is off but i'm just so nervous.
