When I got to send a payment, BillPay comes up as the default. I want my bank account to be my default. And if I got to choose that the money come from my bank account, that option is not available (for any type of purchase, etc.). I have tried calling. I have been on hold for over an hour each time. The couple of times I've gotten through, they say they fixed everything, or that there is nothing wrong. I can't email them because that page won't load. What do I do?
