Upon closer examination of the details the sellers e check had bounced. Now PP states that the REFUND has been Canceled ....by whom? why? After an hour on phone on hold to talk to a fraud specialist, I am informed by Employee No. 1670149 tells me that the sellers 2nd refund had been rejected by the sellers bank. So it looks like PP closed it and would be taking the moneys from the sellers debit card, Feb 7 3:00 pm EST as of 5:30 am EST Feb 8, nothing from PP.... I find this particularly disturbing, when I click on the Review Dispute thing NOTHING ever appears to be going on, no details...nothing. When I paid the seller with PP it clearly states the I am protected by PayPal's guarantee. It has now been almost 2 weeks since I submitted a fraud alert and asked for a refund from the seller. Now PP tells me to contact the seller to get my refund....too funny. She has blocked Messenger and is not responding too my emails.
