A buyer purchased a antique doll. I sent the buyerr 3 follow up emails and 2 phone calls as a courtesy to make sure the delivery was ok. 2 weeks to get a response. The buyerr didn't reply through Ebay, the buyerr went straight through Paypal and requested a full refund. I finally contacted the buyer and the buyer stated " It's not what I expected, not going to pay for what I didn't expect". I asked the buyer if they had looked at all the picuters and the detailed description of the item. The buyer replied " Yes". I asked if they looked at the pictures and the information BEFORE they started bidding. The buyer replied " Yes". Mind you this was a seven day auction with 3 bidders and 12 total bids with the buyr's being the final bid. I stated, than I can only assume you had full knowledge of what you where bidding/purchasing at the time you won the auction. The buyer replied " I don't care, I don't want it anymore, just refund me all of my money back" and hung up on me. The buyer did not mention or give me time to mention to send the doll back and I will gladly issue the refund. When I escelated this to a claim, PayPal automatically decided in less than 10 mins to refund the buyer in full. I do not think that's fair at all. How do I dispute this whole claim with the buyer and with Paypal??
