And PayPay tries to take $250.20 from my account, but I still owe...$40. This is what I said in my appeal of this case.. Buyer sent back partial, not complete set. Yet the amount trying to be deducted from my PayPal is for the complete set. $250.20. If you give him that complete amount, will that make you an accessory to fraud? Because what he sent back was one piece out of 600+ in a big box. Six ounces compared to 7 pounds as stated on the return label. Plus there was no signature confirmation for an item worth $250.20. Why is that, when I had no choice but to pay for that feature when I shipped it to him. What will happen to me and my account if I transfer the remaining dollars to get my account current? Will you automatically send the complete amount to him? I have sent the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) of the United States Postal Service a claim of fraud, but have since discovered this buyer may have another name of Tom Johnson, as well as John Brown as a search of email records did turn that up. Also the fact he lied about the return, saying he didn t open it up until January 12? When in the email he states... 12/19/14 to me... "Opened the box last night. You forgot to put the manual in the box! I did a part count based on the internet, everything is there + a few extra small pieces. (Unless the web site I found is wrong). " So he had to have tested the brick then, don t you think! Since he has an alias, I will refile a Federal Fraud case in the other name as well. Any help is appreciated..PayPal...someone's knocking on the door????? Help !!! ALSO>>>What is invalid HTML when this is not in HTML?
