Such drastic changes as USPS implemented should have been expressed clearly (I haven't seen a single note indicating this) and ahead of time. Paypal and Ebay should have put some effort in. And if that failed, alert us with plenty of time to tell OUR customers what's coming (= a drastic increase in cost) and to IMPLEMENT to cost explosion (I have to change shipping cost for several hundred items on various platforms).

Had to reset my Verizon Samsung Fascinate phone. Have 2 card reader (both worked before the reset). Now: both readers are recognized. Both 'react' when swiping cards (6 different ones), but showing 'try again" we're sorry this transaction could not be complete please try again or cancel this order" Do i need to 'reactivate' the reader? What else might be wrong?
