I agree mytwogirls1. I have been a personal and business user of PayPal since 2001. I have never had any problems with their services. That's 13 years of no complaints. Their customer service has been the best. I've never had to chase down money, and I've never had issues that were'nt resolved. I even had my business debit card information highjacked and when I called them they IMMEDIATELY returned the funds, cancelled the card, and issued a new one. I probably won't change either way, because of the trust I've developed. However, this action requires attention. The deactivation of this service really cuts into my ability to accept checks from the general public, which, in turn cuts into my revenues.
