Hello everyone! I am posting this message because I really want your help!!! I am new member in Paypal and I really have a lot of questions about how Paypal works and solve cases for items that never recieved. I have already escalate a dispute to a claim because the seller did not help me with the missing package. Only lies from their customer service. Now the case is under review by Paypal and I am waiting for their answer. Today I got an email from the seller that the package returned to them...somehow (without telling me what happened...). They are threatening me and ignoring the claim! They give me 5 days to replay otherwise they will make a decision for me ….. Refund in points, for a future buying from their website or Refund me 90% to my original paid account of the package values. They will deduct money for all the handling fee: including shipping fee, transaction fee, depreciation. I was waiting for 2 months and of course I have already proceed in a new buying. I really want my money back, a full refund. Is that possible? Does the seller have this authority when the case in under review?? It is supposed that Paypal now communicates with me. What should I do? They threaten me that they will take a decision for me!! I am very angry! Should I send an email to Paypal about this? And what if Paypal do not respond in these 5 days?
