What the HE^! does that have to do with the original sellers post who was having a problem getting ripped off by a 'customer' and then not receiving any help from PayPal or anywhere else? Who gives a CRAP if there is not enough positive comments left on an issue that involves theft and no recourse of this fraudulent activity? That's the problem with this country these days. Everyone wants to be patted on the back for doing nothing and people who are in positions of authority that are put in place to protect innocent individuals from the numerous criminals out there that are really good at taking the hard-earned money and belongings from responsible, honest people trying to make a living for their families. I too, believe that I have been ripped off by a buyer on ebay (who, by the way, also had 100% feedback). She bought an authentic Louis Vuitton handbag from me, which when I had listed, also included a dozen pictures of the detailed parts of the bag showing the signs of authenticity. She stated on the order that she LOVED the bag! She asked that I package the item very carefully so as not damage the item (which tells me that based on the info. listed, she agreed the item was authentic). AFTER I shipped the item, but BEFORE the customer received it she messaged me and said a "friend" of hers looked at my photos of the bag and told her they thought it might be a fake because the coloring of the bag was wrong and would I mind if she just didn't accept the item so that she wouldn't have to pay for the return shipping. I informed the customer that pictures sometimes are not completely accurate, (even from one pic to the next on my listing, the colors varied-different shades on the pics). I asked her if she would please accept the item and actually look at the item in person, and then if the item was not to her liking she could return it for a full purchase price plus the cost of the return shipping. She agreed. Next thing I know, I'm getting a message of a case that's been opened on the item as "doesn't match description on the listing" and the lady left really rude comments about a fould odor coming from the bag and numerous other things that were just not true. She also left feedback comments on my account trying to "warn" other customers about me, stating that the seller is dishonest and is selling fake handbags online!!!! Buyers Beware!!!! The message on the opened case to me stated that I needed to refund the customer's purchase price right away. So I did. A few days later, and many messages to the customer, to eBay, AND to PayPal, (none of which, by the way, were answered) I realized the customer had not, nor had any intention to, send the item back to me. I have proof that it was delivered to her, I have all documentation showing the communication between seller and buyer, I have proof that she was IMMEDIATELY refunded the full purchase price, and there is nothing showing any tracking number, date of shipping, or any thing else about the customer returning the item to me. I opened a case, had to do one on receiving a returned item not in original condition because there is NO OPTION for opening a case when you refund a customer and they don't return the item they were reimbursed for. STILL no response from ANYONE!!!! I have messaged the customer telling her if she does not respond or return my property then I will be forced to file charges against her, and file I will. Federal charges, to be more specific, because the law states I am able to do that since it goes against commerce from one state to the next. I will take this woman for every dime she has available if all these people want to play games with me, a hard-working, honorable American mother who is just trying to make a living to put clothes on my children's backs and food on the table. So where is the POSITIVE comments?! Up your a**!!! is my first guess!!!!
