Hi all, hope you can help have been going round in circles.. i sold some boots on ebay on 14/5/2016. the sent me 3 messages asking for quick postage, thanking me for item and teliing me she was so pleased that she would leave excellent feedback and hoped i would do the same.. i have now received a chargeback claiming she didn't authorise the transaction.. when i clicked on her shop name there is a message reading ' this account nhas been used for fraud since december 2015. all purchases unpaid will not be paid for. investigations are in place. this account will be closed down'.... i can't understand how she could carry on trading if ebay knew this.. anyway paypal now want me to provide any evidence i have which could help me... i don't have the proof of postage and i didn't send them tracked.. but i have messages and feedback... they want this info sent to them as a file.. i am not very computer savvy, i don't know how to put messages into a file.. really fed up as the boots sold for 31 pound and i will also be charged an extra 14 pound.. can you help as i have only got one more day to provide info... i have been using my time trying to get answers from the ebay community, but got nowhere.. thanx for reading..
